Every day of the year has a small title like "national pillow day" or "national grammar day" so I would have a new sketch everyday for that. I would do multiple sketches in one day so that I could plan ahead and have days where I wouldn't have to do any sketches. In my sketches I would include the object that the day is named after and possible a link to a video I found that talks about the item. I may change the google letters to the individual pictures of the item but try to keep the lettering recognizable.
This technology seems like it would be helpful, but I would still limit how far they should be able to take it. I don't believe electronics should be trusted with all our pass-codes and private information because they always have the risk of being hacked into. If all of our private information is in one place, imagine how easy it would be for someone to hack into it and know everything about us. It seems like a stretch, but there's also the risk of these robots turning on they're owners. Who can say there's no was someone can hack into said robot and possibly harm the owner? In short, this technology is a very delicate subject because it can hurt humanity just as much as it can benefit it.
When I was younger I was tasked with eating a marshmallow. But there was a catch, if I waited I would be able to have two marshmallows. Because I was a more restrained child, I was able to wait and have two marshmallows. In this scenario I was able to control myself and use patience to be able to choose the more desirable option. If I had not been able to wait I would have eaten the marshmallow and most likely regret my decision to not wait for two. This shows that patience is vital to achieving to more desirable goal.
The dinosaur I discovered will be named the Potatosaurus-Rex. It is called this because it's diet is mainly made up of potatoes and it's resemblance to a T-rex. This creature has two legs and two enormously long arms. It looks like it has a connection to modern day birds, like most dinosaurs. As I said, it's diet is made up of mostly potatoes so it is classified as a herbivore. It's skin is a dark yellow with dull, green splotches. It depends on it's hearing and sense of smell due to its small eyes. They're diurnal and spend most of their time searching for food. Fossils show that it was alive during the Jurassic period.
This week we finished up our first big project. This project had to include how an invention has grown, some business aspects, and how it may continue growing. We also created a timeline of different country's and continent's inventions stretching from 500 AD to present day. The next day we talked about these inventions in class and looked at certain patterns on the timeline. This week we created our Weebly pages and set up a graph showing our foot sizes and heights. We also were tasked to create a device that could hold 1-10 balls using a select amount of materials. Our device was good at first and was able to hold up to 9 balls. Sadly, due to poor planning we were not able to create a sturdy base with the materials given. Our device ended up holding no balls. On Monday I was absent, but on Tuesday we learned about how some technological devices can be used for something productive other than their intended use.
